Procedures

Each College employee is employed on an at-will basis and may be disciplined (including discharged) at any time with or without cause, unless otherwise specified in an applicable College collective bargaining agreement, individual employment contract, or employment handbook. Disciplinary action will be taken against an employee after notice and an opportunity to respond.
