Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity to review, enroll in or make changes to your health, vision, dental and supplemental life insurance benefits, as well as flexible spending accounts.

This year's Open Enrollment period will be from November 1 through November 15 with enrollment and/or changes becoming effective January 1st, 2026.

If you are not changing your health insurance benefit elections, you do not need to complete the Benefit Enrollment Form and your current 2025 health benefits will remain in effect through December 31st, 2026.

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans do not carry over automatically. If you’d like to participate in an FSA for the upcoming year, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment.

Complete the Benefit Enrollment Form
You want to keep your current health plan No action needed (unless re-enrolling in FSA – see below)
You want to enroll or re-enroll in your FSA Complete the FSA portion of the Benefit Enrollment Form
Change or enroll in supplemental life insurance Complete Statement of Health and MetLife Enrollment forms
You want to update your life insurance beneficiaries Complete the MetLife Beneficiary Designation Form
