The Human Resources department invests in the recruitment, growth, development and
retention of our employees by fostering an equitable, diverse and inclusive work environment.
We do so by delivering supportive, innovative and collaborative services that provide
clarity and guidance to HR processes all while adapting to the ever-changing needs
of the college community.
Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity to review, enroll in or make changes to your health, vision, dental and supplemental life insurance benefits, as well as flexible spending accounts.
This year's Open Enrollment period will be from November 1 through November 15 with enrollment and/or changes becoming effective January 1st, 2026.
If you are not changing your health insurance benefit elections, you do not need to complete the Benefit Enrollment Form and your current 2025 health benefits will remain in effect through December 31st, 2026.
Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans do not carry over automatically. If you’d like to participate in an FSA for the upcoming year, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment.
