College Calendars
Need to know when your grades are due? When the beginning of the semester is? When the college is closed for holidays? The links below will provide the information needed to keep up to date on all of this information.
The 2025 Core Office Hours Calendar will tell you the college holiday closings and reopenings, normal office hours, and Delta's Summer Sustainability hours. If you are looking to plan ahead, the 2026 Core Office Hours Calendar is now available.
The Academic Calendar will tell you when the semester starts, ends, and any days that there are no classes. It will also tell you when final grades are due for the semester long classes. (For shortened classes, see the Important Semester Dates link).
The Important Semester Dates spreadsheet will show you when the start date and end date are. It also shows the last date for refund, non-attendance drops, add with permission, and withdraw dates. This is also the place where you will find out when your final grades are due. For classes that meet for only partial semesters, this is a very helpful tool to find out all of the above information about your course as it does differ than full semester courses!
Hybrid and remote tools
Based on the type of modality (online with in-person requirement, online with no meeting time, online with scheduled times) you may need support with D2L Brightspace, Zoom, YuJa, or using classroom equipment.
